Please Note: Only suitable for current driven LED units with external drivers. Ideal for 24/7 operations using Permanent Live and Switched Live connections. Not suitable for Residential Applications that don’t have Permanent Live supply.
This conversion kit provides constant current to any LED module or panel that requires a voltage between 10 to 100Vdc. The built-in lithium-ion battery provides a minimum of 1 hour of backup power at 5W output and possibly up to 3 hours. Light output in emergency mode will vary depending on the wattage of the lamp being used. A 40W 600×600 panel, for instance, will only deliver 12.5% of its normal light output. A smaller 6W round panel downlight, however, will deliver almost 85% of its normal light output.
The kit is enclosed in a plastic housing with both male and female plugs for easy installation with the external drivers. It can be used for both maintained or non-maintained operation.
